Yes. Nothing in the U.S. Constitution bars a felon from running for office, up to and including the top office.

I live in Greenwich Village and have had to shoo people away from my front patio because they were having sex right there in front of my home. I remember one year we had gone out of town to avoid the chaos and I came home to find two men fucking right there on my front steps ! I had my two 10 year old children with me. Thankfully I spotted them before the kids did and told my wife to hang-back with them for a second while I dealt with the situation.
Both my wife and I who are both part of the LGBT community call the parade "the Gay Embarrassment Parade". Nothing to be proud of anymore. Its a freak show.

Agreed.  I know 2 adults who started smoking weed when it became legal in my state two years.  It's like they are descending into madness with the paranoia and irrational thoughts.  And an ER doctor neighbor told me they are seeing many young people with mental problems caused by pot.  All drugs are bad and there's nothing "cool" about them.

I found it interesting that in New York you are considered “civilly dead” and not eligible to get married if you are serving a life sentence.  Who knew!

Mental illness is one of the biggest problems in the country today.  There are many resources to address your problems and addictions available to you free of charge.  Findtreatment.gov is one example.  I wish you luck and hope you get the help you need.
