Frequently a signal they prefer appts of 2hrs or more. For which the average hourly rate will often be in the 250 range. Or lower, for longer appts.

Every escort (few) I have used with this rate have also had significantly reduced rates for hours after the 1st. Something to look for.

300 per hour is my absolute limit in NYC, LA & DC. Less elsewhere.
