To our legal folks: This Post article is short on facts and long on innuendo but wouldn't the suppression of tangible evidence or meaningfully-substantial threats of retaliation against witnesses (such as loss of an athletic scholorship) by Stanford constitute obstruction of justice? Doesn't that apply during a sentencing phase? I seem to recall cases in which a guilty defendant's sentence was reduced upon discovery of new, mitigating evidence. I hope that the DA looks into these allegations.

Where do you find all these butts !!! And how do you keep them fresh - is there a special Rubbermaid container for butt storage? Do you have to 'burp' the top? Do you use wax paper to keep the butts from sticking to one another? Is there such a thing as a stale butt? Do the butts come photo-ready or do you need to wax them up for the camera with a little elbow grease? Do you need an assistant?

This is pretty timely for me. I'm considering hiring a pair who do not have face pics and in the past I've always just skipped them and moved on. What is the usual response? Do 50% respond with a valid pic? 75%? 10%?
