  1. That may explain why his prices went up so much.
  2. The brother in Austin, Jacob, is, supposedly, "straight". However, he is very, very, very friendly to his gay clients....
  3. Has anyone seen him (https://rent.men/LastKingRichy)? He has been on RentMen off and on for a while, but his ad is not current as of today (03/16/2018).
  4. I've met Jared's brother in Austin, TX. Highly recommended. I plan to see Jared next week and will write a review. It would be absolute bliss to have the two of them together at one time!
  5. Jared is coming to my town next week and I've got an appointment with him: https://rent.men/Dualfed does anyone have experience or opinions that they are able to share? He is also on the Dallas page for www.masseurfinder.com Thanks!!!
  6. Gay or straight, all of these "behaviors" are essential to success in life (social, business, everything). I am glad to say that I have always followed these behaviors ever since I was a toddler (I was raised in a proper Victorian/Edwardian household).
  7. Except for AIDS, it was a great decade. The men and boys were fabulous!!!!
  8. It all depends upon the state you are in as well as any and all past claims your HOA has either made or been made against the HOA. It also depends upon the quality of your facility (age, etc.) and the general experience that all insurance companies have had in your date or area (such as hurricanes, fires, etc.). The main thing is that you want a highly-rated insurance company that has the ability to pay claims, has excellent customer service, and is highly rated. Quality is not cheap, but if you don't go for quality, you and the other members of the HOA may pay dearly if there is a serious claim. I suggest that you meet with a qualified independent insurance broker who is able to provide research and solid quotes. If your HOA has a management company that takes care of operations, etc. , you should ask them for suggestions and information.
  9. I met with Evan for an over-night. He is, without a doubt, one of the best. We had cocktails, dinner, and an extended meeting followed by breakfast the next morning. He is a very, very nice and talented man. I recommend him highly.
  10. Prior to being in Atlanta, he spent some time in Houston, Texas. I did not get a chance to meet him.
  11. IF Takata is the manufacturer of the airbag in your automobile, you need to determine if it is covered by a recall. You can do this through the KIA dealer. In the meantime, if you drive your automobile, be sure to buckle up your seatbelt and keep it tight around you.
  12. This is a warranty item. This condition could mean that there is a problem with the airbag assembly/system. Do not waste any time on this. Please take the vehicle to a KIA dealer for service and repair. This matter may be under a factory or USDOT mandated recall and the previous owner may not have taken the car to a KIA dealer for service. The dealer can trace this recall or the car's service and repair history by placing the VIN into the data base to see what has been done and what needs to be done. To me, this is a major issue and should be addressed as soon as possible for safety reasons. One question that needs to be addressed is to determine if the car's airbag was deployed in a wreck at some point in its history and was the replacement airbag a fresh and new one or was it pulled from a salvage/used vehicle and installed in your vehicle.
  13. "Trent" has been in the greater Texas (and surrounding) market for quite some time. Primarily, he travels the Houston-San Antonio-Austin-Dallas circuit with additional trips to Oklahoma and Louisiana.
  14. Today's Cover Boy, Everette, now lives and operates out of Los Angeles. He is no longer in Houston, TX
  15. I've assisted a number of providers over the years with tax, accounting, and credit issues (completing forms, advice, etc.). I assist with no demand for monetary payment or quid pro quo, but if an offer of thanks, other than money, is made, I gladly accept.
  16. I've seen Adam (you can find his add on www.masseurfinder.com in Houston or on www.rentmen.com in Houston) for a number of years on a monthly basis. He is stunningly handsome, highly intelligent, and extremely well skilled. He is definitely a member of "our" fraternity. He is worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. In-call or out-call? What are his rates? For an in-call, in what part of town (Houston) is he located? What are his facilities like? Full service/HE?
  18. Wow!! To me, Justin has a Kurt Marshall (Falcon Films) aura. I'd hire him in a minute if he came to my town.
  19. These boys look familiar--especially the blond. Anyone know who they are?
  20. He is new, both to Houston and to RentMen (his sign-up date is January 05, 2018). He claims to be travelling to various destinations outside of the US and there is no phone number for him. Either someone needs to take the initial plunge and report back, of assume that this provider is simply passing through.
  21. There once was a boy with a curl, right down the middle of his forehead. When he was good, he was very, very good. When he was bad, he was BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!
