It's a curious thing. My maternal grandmother was a very "with it" and "now" individual while her daughter (my mom) was very conservative (aside from that she was perfect).

Apparently, Diddy was/is very skilled in selecting his victims. The women I've known over my lifetime would have been abused by him one time, after which, he would never be able to do it to another person.
