There's no faster way to improve the appearance of your skin. I get exfoliating gloves at Walgreen's and go over my entire body a couple times in a week. Makes your skin look smooth and healthy.

There was something about Perricones products that my skin didn't like. I actually got blisters from his products.

Well of course you go to an MD for botox, fillers, etc. I would definitely keep my distance from an aesthetician who offered such services. But for a pleasant relaxing experience that improves the skins appearance, why would I spend the kind of money an MD charges?

When I was growing up, nobody shampooed every day. It was a once-a-week thing.

I'm going to start taking better care of it. My partner sees an aesthetician monthly for a serious facial and he uses products that he gets through her-Lira is the brand. I went to her last week for a facial, and I enjoyed it, and my skin looks great. I actually fell asleep on the table. She has a vaguely eastern European accent and I was able to imagine that I was at a spa in Baden Baden or Dubrovnik or some such place.

Or "amandine" as the French say.

I've taken just a few doses of it. It makes me terribly absent minded. On the occasion that I take that sort of drug, half an ativan does the trick.

I think he was predisposed to substance abuse, always had a glass of wine in his hand. One time we were at brunch. He picked up his water glass to take a sip, the glass slipped from his hand, fell to the table aND shattered. I thought that the glass had slipped from his hand because he was half-tanked. But he immediately said, "Did you see that!? That glass shattered in my hand!" He raised a fuss with the server, with the restaurant owner, told the story to several people. And that wasn't what happened at all. I clearly saw what had actually happened. Another one of those "denial is an amazing thing" moments.

Q. Athletic Underwear, Sneakers, & Gym Gear

I was doing this killer early morning aerobic training class. Half of the time was devoted to concept II, and the remainder to spin cycling. It lasted 2.5 hours, 4 mornings per week. -
Well sure, if you've been taking it for months or years. My roommate was fortunate to have gotten scared straight after only a few weeks of use.

I had a pair of cycling shorts. I think they did have butt pads. -
Exactly what happened with him. It was originally prescribed 1-2 tablets 3-4 times per day, or something like that. Initially he started at the lower dose but was soon taking the dose at the high end of the range.

When they gave it a procedure code.

Years ago, I had a roommate whose closest friend died after a long bout with AIDS. My roommate was devastated with grief. To help him through, his doc gave him a script for xanax. After awile, I thought he was hitting the xanax a little hard and encouraged him to take less. He didn't want to hear it. Then he had a weird blackout of several hours duration from which he couldn't remember anything, which really freaked him out. I said, "It's the xanax, you should throw it away right now." He was unnerved enough that he took my advice. He didn't have any more blackouts.

I'm almost ready to tell my partner about it. There's a particular star were both crazy about and I said recently that he's available for hire. He's interested. Our sex life is beginning to open up in ways I never would have imagined.

My mother used to bleach all the sheets and towels no matter the color. I never noticed any more fading than you would expect from normal wear and tear.

A guy that I worked for many years ago was an identical twin. He and his twin brother had lived very different lives. When I met the brother, it was amazing how dissimilar they had become as a result of their choice of paths.

The only time I feel like talking about it is when I've had a particularly nice time with an escort and I'm in the head space of "Why doesn't everybody do this?"
-
I have met a couple of members on the forum here and of course we've talked about the guys we hire. I have a very old friend who lives in the area and hires and we talk very frankly about it. He doesnt have the budget to hire pros. I'd like to hire a pro for him as a gift.

Well, they also help you sort things through. They're not interested in your psychology. They just want to help you figure out what has you stuck. -

I may not even need the coach. But when I think about designing a program for myself, I draw a complete blank. I could design a program for somebody else, but I'm sort of blocked when it comes to applying my knowledge in my own life. I suppose it's sort of lazy, but it really works to hire somebody that you like and respect to tell you what to do when you're not sure yourself what you should do. -

You don't work one-on-one with a coach. They tell you what to do and you do it. A personal trainer spends lots of face time with you, teaching you about fitness and health. If you don't know much about fitness and working out, you should work with a personal trainer until you have learned some of the fine points about the right way to work out. I am already knowledgeable about fitness and bodybuilding so I don't need the intensive assistance that a personal trainer provides. For me, a coach that I like and respect is a good solution. In a way, the relationship with the coach is actually more important than the relationship with a personal trainer. In order to get the result you're expecting from the coaching, you have to do what your coach says to do- down to the letter. If you can't or won't do that, then the coaching is going to be a waste of time and money. I love this guy because I'm willing to do everything he tells me to do, so I get amazing results. -
Aren't most sheets colorfast?

I work with a fitness coach. He designs my workouts and my meal plans and I execute. Costs a lot less than personal training. If I have questions, I text him. He always answers right away. It's a great relationship.
