Sorry, but there’s a fine line. Even if you are fully booked, the way you handle interactions is what maintains your longevity - both in your examples and escorting. For people who are spending the money on overnights, something should click in your head that they deserve a higher consideration. And as hot as he is, someone with that much of a disconnect to decent behavior is a major turn off.
 
i see him all over Grindr in nyc these days, so I actually think a lot of it is that he’s single and doing a lot more casual fucking. Which is fine, but makes it even more obnoxious that his interactions with clients is so flippant.

First, his pictures don't convey the real person.  None of his pictures really show his face and he appears aloof and distant, a perfect god.  IRL he is like the typical college jock.  Big, beautiful blue eyes and an engaging smile that you never see in the pix.  The kind of guy you'd be proud to bring home to mother.  Pictures show flawless skin, but IRL lots of moles and pimples on the back, which is kind of a turn-off for me.  Flawless skin is my fetish.  Obviously works out daily, but also obviously never misses a meal and a little fuller than the pictures convey.  Down to earth and friendly in a really hetero guy-next-door way.  Good conversationalist, a grad student in business.
So, turns out to be a nice friendly hetero boy-next-door who seems resistant to having sex with another man.  A real problem when that's what you're paying for.  Claims "bisexual" but actually means "gay for pay."  Also, doesn't really engage in role play, if he even understands the concept (although he lists it as a service in his ad).
His limits seem unlimited.  Before he quoted a price, he asked what I wanted to do.  He told me he was okay with those things and that he topped.   I emphasized I was expecting the "versatile" in the "versatile top" he advertises and I expected activities to be mutual.  He said he was down for what I wanted and we agreed on a price.  Turns out, he's not really versatile and declined in person to do what he agreed to beforehand.  (Of course, after he was paid.)  
RED FLAG, he demands payment up front.  He told me he had been stiffed five times by guys who he didn't collect from up front.  After my experience, I'm not surprised they didn't want to pay him... he didn't really earn what he charges.  Basically, you get a mediocre hand job and some half-hearted sucking (not really sucking, but putting a dick in his mouth for a brief time).  I was so uninspired by him I gave up trying to get hard and pointed out the time as soon as the hour was up.  He told me I was getting a bargain rate because usually he only does overnights, goes out to dinner and a movie with his clients before going to bed.  IDK, Maybe he does more with those guys.
Plus side, if you care, he isn't a clock watcher and wouldn't have left if I hadn't told him the hour was up.  He's proud of giving plenty of time... 
On the scheduling... he cancelled the first 3 appointments we set up.  Each time with a legitimate good reason, and I rescheduled because I wanted to meet the guy in the pictures.  4th time, he showed up at my house no extra charge.  Seems reasonably reliable, no drugs or diseases.  The rest, decide for yourself if you like what I've described or you want to waste some money.  As always, YMMV.
Fun note:  In a confirming text the day before, I asked him to "call me sir."  He interpreted "call" to mean "telephone" and he did the next day.  Wasn't expecting a call from a rent man, so was surprised when he said I had told him to call.  No, I hadn't.  A little while later, I realized the confusion and had a laugh.

Update: Cautious Optimism - I did speak with Caleb on the phone, though my first attempt to call went right to voicemail and my heart sank. He did call me back about 15 minutes later. He sounded like a young man on the phone. We’ve arranged a rendezvous moving it up to 4:30 PM Central time. I am to drive to the address he provides me through Rentmen and and then Rentmen him when I’m outside, because his hotel room key needs to get me in apparently. I’ve arranged for two hours. I am prepared to go longer if I’m amazed, and prepared to go shorter if I’m not. The rules of the forum prevent me from giving an after meeting review, but at least I’ll be able to confirm if what we see in the videos on this thread are reflected by reality. Those who private message me will get a copy and paste short review. And then I’ll write a review for Daddy tonight or tomorrow. Stay tuned!

Update: Messaged back and forth on RM Messenger. Says his pics are accurate. Asked about my HIV status. The plan is for me to call him at 2 pm Sunday to confirm and detail our Sunday evening 2 hour in-call appointment. $300 an hour, and I don’t think there’s a break for multiple hours but I’ll ask if/when we speak. I’ll post an update if the talk occurs tomorrow. A little concerned about the age and maturity as well as fake/flake status. We’ll see. I’m in Chicago now and neither of the two providers worked out. One ghosted after confirming twice over the past two weeks, and one was far less toned than his pics, plus didn’t plan ahead for anything when he arrived (toothbrush, oil I requested and he agreed on, correct clothing for a fancy dinner, etc.). So I’m hoping this third provider isn’t a fanciful creation.

Being an HR Manager, and having over 20 years of hiring experience, my advice is to simply say you were absent for whatever time period as you were taking care of some personal matters that required your full attention, that those matters have now been fully resolved, and you can now devote your energies to this new opportunity that you're quite interested in. Regrettably I've worked for companies that, behind closed doors, use information about past illnesses or injuries as the reason to not hire out of fear of future absenteeism and/or fear of future health insurance premium increases. Illegal and sad, but true. I don't believe in not being truthful, but your personal health information is not your current or future employers' business. My best wishes for your next career step.
