That's the worst time zone to be driving. Everybody's already at work at that time which means no surge. The only people you're going to be picking up are people who missed the bus and maybe some homeless people. Many of them will leave you a bad rating just because you're driving a nice car. My guess is that you go for the in demand guys. If you want better customer service look for guys who may not be the ideal fantasy but you'll probably find a nicer guy. That or just keep looking for the hottest of the hot and accept it.

As I said before. Mark Dalton was managed by David Forest. I remember him being his poster boy. I think they had some kind of bond too since Forest has been in and out of the joint as well. Overweight is such a relative term. I'd define it as normal weight, staulky, and then grossly obese and yes they should inform you if they fit the latter. As someone who's pretty healthy it would be such a turn off to be with someone in the latter condition.
