Urologist Dr. Stefan Buntrock put out this video on how frequently men should ejaculate based on their age.  I don’t exactly follow the advice, but I come pretty close just by my normal habits.  
At my age, my healthy refractory time based on his formula is 35 hours or about 4.8 times per week. That’s about right.  Although, I might ejaculate twice in one day and not at all for a handful of days.
 

I would definitely say that mine have evolved or changed over time.  Perhaps it comes with maturity or just being open to exploring new things.
I've developed fetishes for things I've come across, then go down this rabbit hole of porn or posts and then it's stuck in my brain
