I had a similar experience on Rentmasseur and the reason provided by the administrator was that there was no evidence I had contacted the masseur through the site. So I emailed the masseur through the site and he emailed me back an acknowledgment and my review was promptly accepted and published. I think others here may have had the same experience and that might be the issue why the site would not accept an otherwise appropriate review from you . Give it a try and see what happens.

Rentmasseur, its affiliated website, appears to have the same policy. A masseur I have known for years just started to advertise on Rentmasseur. I set up an appointment with him via a text, as I had always done, and my review of him was rejected for the same reason. So I sent him an email through Rentmasseur (telling him why I was doing so) and my review was approved almost immediately. I will add that the message from the RM WebAdmin provides a much better explanation of the reason the review was rejected than the Rentmasseur one does.

Saw him once a few months ago on a spur of the moment decision when my regular was out of town. Nice guy, friendly, mediocre massage and overall an underwhelming experience. Agree he is older than 29 but pics seemed pretty accurate.

That’s interesting. I do not believe Rentmasseur resets your visibility settings. It would seem to defeat the purpose if the site can just change it back to a setting the user specifically declined.

I have turned off the visibility feature on my Rentmasseur account, which allows you to view profiles anonymously.

I saw Sean probably three or four times a couple of years ago. The massage was excellent and I had fun every time. But I have seen Jose consistently since then and he is my #1.

I always assumed that the use of the term “other” when there are potentially three other choices available indicated that the session, whatever it consisted of, did not meet one of those definitions. But since it is the reviewer’s choice what to select, I don’t know if you can have any definitive answer unless you know the reviewer and can ask him. Not sure the masseurs would be helpful but that’s worth a try too I suppose.

I saw him several years ago in NYC when he was just advertising as a masseur. Sweet guy, smoking hot body. English language skills not the best but not an impediment to communicating by any means. The most memorable parts of the session did not involve the massage. Have not seen him except for that one time but he was genuine, friendly and wanted to make sure you left happy. I am pretty sure there were threads on him back then too.

I have seen him 2 or 3 times when he was in NYC. Agree that it is a fantastic experience. Also agree that he can be somewhat difficult to reach and schedule sometimes. But keep trying because the experience is definitely worth it.

I don’t dispute anything said in this thread but at least in the case of Jose, I do not believe he holds himself out as an escort and only advertises as a masseur.

Sadly, a lot of NYC gyms and hotels have been closing their steam rooms to prevent any type of sexual activity. And in my gym the dry saunas now have full glass doors to allow gym personnel a clear view inside.

I have seen Alexi too and can also vouch that he is not Russian and he is a very sweet and fun guy.

He’s Andre_HK on Rentmasseur and if you check out today’s reviews on that site you will see one of him that is not positive. His response was that it was a case of mistaken identity. And he provides the names of three other masseurs who he suspects may have been the real culprits!

Look for prior threads under Alexurfantasy. He used to advertise on RentMen. Very sweet and hot guy. Good feedback here.
