I just tell a provider whose rate I feel is too high something like, "thank you. I'm sure you're worth it, but thats out of my price range."
But i wouldn't want a counter-offer. I dont want him to feel nickel and dimed, and I don't want to feel that I'm not getting his best because he feels like i haggled.

Hey guys...anyone had any encounters with this lovely man? I just finished chatting w him and damn, he sounds so sweet and open to so many things -- vers kissing flipping -- boggles the mind sometimes when someone chats w you for awhile and lets you know all the things they are into ... unfortunately cannot host in Miami but gave a great rec for a motel chain in Miami which caters to providers -- Nexx Motels --- they look damn nice! Let me know if you have any 411 on this guy. He has one RM review -- a good one.
