Because RM is being paid by the escort to use their services and site to advertise. They rather have the money from the faker than to kick him off and lose that revenue source. The only saving grace is they do appear to be willing to act on removing a faker if people complain... but people have to report the fakers. Sadly, that doesn't keep said faker from popping up with a new name using new pictures.
