Besides whether I find them generally attractive, yes, reviews, the forum, and how they respond to my inquiries is how I vet potential hires. If there are no reviews or info on the forum, then I rely solely on their responses to contact. I have been generally good at picking good to great hires by our pre-meet interaction.
