I should clarify what I mean when I say "dumb, but sweet." It's meant to be a massive compliment. I've had "high class" escorts that are stuck-up and pretentious, pretending to be sophisticated and high society (one of them even asked me to order a specific wine and pre-chill it 15 minutes before his arrival, lol). Afternoon. The place pretty much clears out by 5pm, most of the rentboys start leaving before then. Depending on how many hookups you want and how long you want to use the facilities, I suggest getting there between 12pm and 2pm. Personally, I hate using cabins: they're dark and cramped and uncomfortable (this is true everywhere for me, just a personal hangup I guess). It's great setting up a schedule around this, I generally have an early breakfast in the hotel, do some am sightseeing/shopping, a small lunch head to the sauna, head back to my hotel for some fun, take a nap and then meet up with friends for dinner and drinks, maybe one more sauna connection to cap off the night. Hey all! So I am just leaving Zurich, and I had a great time in Paragonya for three days. The soft opening seemed pretty successful. I was there three weekdays, and there were no shortages of rentboys or clients. The renovation itself was fantastic, albeit unnecessary imo. When I visited a year ago, the style may have been aging slightly, but everything was immaculate. That hasn’t changed. It’s got a moodier and trendy vibe with a focus mor on the wellness, with added cold shower dunks, a cold tub and foot soaks. The steam room and jacuzzi swapped places, and the steam room is smaller but much nicer. There’s no longer a maze inside. The sauna is now all-wood with that weird rock formation gone. It now has starlights and an entire glass paned wall. The jacuzzi is now at the end, and my recommendation is when you first go there, make a b-line to it, sit facing the hallway and observe all the people coming through: you’re less likely to be immediately disturbed and you get to do some uninterrupted shopping. Upstairs is untouched, lockers and restrooms are the same, and the lounge are basically got a facelift with chairs and loungers instead of sofas. Staff is as perfect as ever. I was a little surprised on how many really good looking 50-something clients were present and were crushing among each other instead of the rentboys. That was pleasant to observe. Escorts leaned a little more twinkish than when I was there 10 months ago, but the variety was still solid and the quality hasn’t changed. With the exception of a couple Romanians that make me weary based on their slight aggressiveness and the consensus here (one guy actually tried to charge 200chf, lol), the guys were very honest and charged around 100-120chf. If I had any complaints, it would be that the jacuzzi was not warm enough and the tile on the floor around it wasn’t nonslip like the steps, so be a little careful. Extremely successful update, and I strongly recommend people pay it a visit.

Just got back from a short work trip. Visited the sauna twice. despite the chilly weather, I’d say about 20+ working boys were there. About 5 were sketchy/pushy, another ten were perfectly fine, but not my type. So I had a solid five each day to choose from and not a lot of patrons… maybe 15 on Sunday, which was their busiest day. Almost everyone was Hispanic, with the exception of a couple Nigerians and a baby faced white twink that looked like Jared Leto in Fight Club, I kid you not. Lots of Brazilians, Venezuelans and some new Colombians. Good times to be had. If you want to book at your hotel, forgo Romeo, literally every guy I tried to hire there flaked out. Just arrange something with one of the sauna boys and stay at TWO, it’sa five minute walk at most, and it’s a genuinely good quality gay hotel for pretty cheap. 24 hour bodega is a few feet away, as is a great egg breakfast place (skip the hotel buffet it’s terrible). Boyberry it’s also next door. Rates go from 50-100 euros depending on what you want, and be very clear beforehand. On a side-note, one of the escorts mentioned there is a gay brothel by the university. I might start a separate thread in that since there is literally no info on this. He said there’s an amazing selection of college boys for very cheap.

Was there last week and one thing I loved about this place is that the dancers are very much not scammers. You tell them two dances, they give you two, and will ask to keep going. Not a hint of shadiness. It's also surprising how much you can get away with despite the rooms being semi-public. Sadly though, there was a dancer named George that's a total hottie that I met back in November, but I haven't seen him there on the two visits I made since, and no one has any info on him.

I was there last summer and someone was driving around in a gold-plated porsche, lol. Zurich can be insanely wealthy, but as a visitor, I managed to stay at Sorel Rutli for a decent price, which was a three minute walk to Paragonya, and kept expenses down by eating street food around Paragonya, which is still expensive but not as bad as sitting down in a restaurant, having the complimentary breakfast in the hotel, and taking public transport, which was extremely reliable and accessible. The zoo, museums and parks were all free or very inexpensive.

Update: just got back from London, and while the host was super friendly, things didn't go so smoothly. I had reached out a couple days before to get some portfolio emailed for a hotel visit, but never heard back. Thought I'd stop by, so I called ahead, and they told me they closed at 7, so I showed up around 5:30. The host was super friendly, but all the boys were leaving for the night. He suggested stopping by earlier in the day tomorrow, and he went through some photos if I wanted to schedule tonight. About half were Brazilian, and there was a Dutch guy, an Italian, a Spaniard, a Romanian and a Russian. The Russian was my favorite, cute twunky type. He told me he'd reach out and let me know about that night, but I never heard back. So that day was a bust. Just a little update. Staying the night in ftl for work so I stopped by Boardwalk tonight around 11pm. Pretty dead. A couple of customers in the patio and another inside. Small correction on my post: you CAN visit the bar at the original Axel, which is considered a must-go, even if you are NOT staying there. As far as the other Axel (TWO), I'm not familiar with anything worth visiting.
