Blood work should include CBC, CMP 14, and tests for hormones like cortisol, insulin, T3, TPO antibodies, TSH, LH, FSH, and sex steroids testosterone, progesterone, and estradiol. You do have unrealistic expectations if you think you're going to be where you want to be in just three months. Using a steroid or testosterone cycle means using multiple cycles and then having a solid PCT in-between. If you want specific names of doctors, most here won't be helpful on that.
