  1. Aka, the middle-aged female potpourri store
  2. If they didn't know it from your furniture, the monocle you wear is a dead-giveaway.
  3. That's very kind, thank you ✌️😀
  4. I do remember. Steve Wynn has a great appreciation for art and he covered the eatery in Botero original paintings, as well as a massive signature Botero sculpture at the front bar area. I miss a lot of those original Wynncore restaurants. What they have now are bland replacements that nearly every other Vegas casino also has.
  5. This. He found a gimmick that worked. I might not love his work, but I admire his business acumen. For collectors, dying means his work will absolutely skyrocket.
  6. You can easily google T-clinics in Manhattan or the boroughs. There are tons of these docs around now. My advice: Wouldn't you rather talk to your GP about this, who could ideally look at your medical history and make suggestions on how to proceed? Blood work should include CBC, CMP 14, and tests for hormones like cortisol, insulin, T3, TPO antibodies, TSH, LH, FSH, and sex steroids testosterone, progesterone, and estradiol. You do have unrealistic expectations if you think you're going to be where you want to be in just three months. Using a steroid or testosterone cycle means using multiple cycles and then having a solid PCT in-between. If you want specific names of doctors, most here won't be helpful on that.
  7. Trust that there are clients who always 'want to get their money's worth' to the nth degree.
  8. Ah, The CP. A place that smells like booze, piss, pits and pot, but somehow it's still kinda sexy. If rough trade is your thing, the CP delivers.
  9. First, the op needs to consult with a endocrinologist or T-level doc who can create a program for him. Orals are bullshit and tough on your system. Don't do them. There's so much gray area here. Don't ask an anonymous message board. Ask a doctor. And like Vin said above, you need regular labs to keep track of your levels and if you're doing harm to your body. Bottom line, a few months- one cycle- isn't going to magically get you to where you want to be.
  10. When I lived in Dallas, all the upper crust gays bought from them. Meanwhile, I was stuck on DWR and still am. Mid-century modern never goes out of style.
  11. I've always had a thing for muscular guys in neck/cuban chains. I also wear them, ranging from thin-link silver to dog-chain with a padlock.
  12. This whole thread is highly amusing. You pay for an hour, whether you need the whole hour or not.
  13. Everyone needs their own time. Email, gym, calls to check on a dog, etc. You just need to communicate those needs and everything remains copasetic. I tend to be leery of clients who want to spend every waking moment together.
  14. If a client thinks you look like a god and wants to worship you, you let him. If you have the right attributes as an escort, there's a decent market for guys who just want to admire muscle or suck/jerk dick. Better yet, if you're able to blow a load from getting oral, you can take that skill to the bank.
  15. CP is great. I've played on their courts in Manhattan.
  16. ... And that's their business model and prerogative.
  17. It's not a universal thing, no. Some clients can see, some clients cannot. Some are designed that way on-purpose.
  18. A first post like this always tells the story. Yes, they exist and yes, some of them you'd have easy access to (Mr Number). Others are message boards, like this one, but private.
  19. Rentcafe was just the link I posted. I checked several sites which varied in average price from $900-$1.2k.
  20. No, no it's not. It hasn't been since 2012. Average rents in OKC are now heading towards $1k. If you're going to push a narrative, at least stick to talking points that aren't so easy to disprove using Google. https://www.rentcafe.com/average-rent-market-trends/us/ok/oklahoma-city/
  21. I'd like to think I've seen enough Judge Judy reruns to defend a landlord in small claims court.
  22. At some point, you have to stop giving two fucks about what other people think. While I'm not a person who wants to pull focus, I've shared many levels of PDA with clients. If it feels natural and he's comfortable with it, I'm all good. I have the self confidence and well-earned maturity to not care about what people around me 'must be thinking.' Without any snark or sarcasm in saying this, I truly hope you can get to that point someday.
  23. Because they fired most of the cast before coming to broadway. A lot of hurt egos and salary negotiations.
  24. Exactly... This ain't Europe. America is free-market and pure capitalism.
  25. It's not that they haven't tried. It's just that it probably hasn't sold as well. Guys don't watch porn to see themselves. They watch it to watch the unattainable. The fantasy. That's what porn is: A highly unrealistic, hyper-visual, fantasy-driven medium. This sort of marginalized porn has usually been shoehorned into a fetish category and as much as I'd like to see society evolve, it's not realistic to think it's going to change anytime soon. The gay community is mega progressive in regards to our rights, but we heavily inner-discriminate if someone doesn't fit within a classic frame of beauty.
