harm reduction advice about doing a steroids
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to guest's topic in Men's Health
First, the op needs to consult with a endocrinologist or T-level doc who can create a program for him. Orals are bullshit and tough on your system. Don't do them. There's so much gray area here. Don't ask an anonymous message board. Ask a doctor. And like Vin said above, you need regular labs to keep track of your levels and if you're doing harm to your body. Bottom line, a few months- one cycle- isn't going to magically get you to where you want to be. -
When I lived in Dallas, all the upper crust gays bought from them. Meanwhile, I was stuck on DWR and still am. Mid-century modern never goes out of style.

I've always had a thing for muscular guys in neck/cuban chains. I also wear them, ranging from thin-link silver to dog-chain with a padlock.

This whole thread is highly amusing. You pay for an hour, whether you need the whole hour or not.

Time use when with clients…”on the clock”
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to Archangel's topic in Questions About Hiring
Everyone needs their own time. Email, gym, calls to check on a dog, etc. You just need to communicate those needs and everything remains copasetic. I tend to be leery of clients who want to spend every waking moment together. -
If a client thinks you look like a god and wants to worship you, you let him. If you have the right attributes as an escort, there's a decent market for guys who just want to admire muscle or suck/jerk dick. Better yet, if you're able to blow a load from getting oral, you can take that skill to the bank.

CP is great. I've played on their courts in Manhattan.

... And that's their business model and prerogative.

It's not a universal thing, no. Some clients can see, some clients cannot. Some are designed that way on-purpose.

A first post like this always tells the story. Yes, they exist and yes, some of them you'd have easy access to (Mr Number). Others are message boards, like this one, but private.

Rentcafe was just the link I posted. I checked several sites which varied in average price from $900-$1.2k.

No, no it's not. It hasn't been since 2012. Average rents in OKC are now heading towards $1k. If you're going to push a narrative, at least stick to talking points that aren't so easy to disprove using Google. https://www.rentcafe.com/average-rent-market-trends/us/ok/oklahoma-city/

Judge Mathis & The People's Court Cancelled
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to BuffaloKyle's topic in TV and Streaming services
I'd like to think I've seen enough Judge Judy reruns to defend a landlord in small claims court. -
At some point, you have to stop giving two fucks about what other people think. While I'm not a person who wants to pull focus, I've shared many levels of PDA with clients. If it feels natural and he's comfortable with it, I'm all good. I have the self confidence and well-earned maturity to not care about what people around me 'must be thinking.' Without any snark or sarcasm in saying this, I truly hope you can get to that point someday.

Little Shop of Horrors with Jeremy Jordan
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to foxy's topic in Live Theater & Broadway
Because they fired most of the cast before coming to broadway. A lot of hurt egos and salary negotiations. -
Exactly... This ain't Europe. America is free-market and pure capitalism.

Should gay porno embrace body positivity?
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to marylander1940's topic in Fetish Forum
It's not that they haven't tried. It's just that it probably hasn't sold as well. Guys don't watch porn to see themselves. They watch it to watch the unattainable. The fantasy. That's what porn is: A highly unrealistic, hyper-visual, fantasy-driven medium. This sort of marginalized porn has usually been shoehorned into a fetish category and as much as I'd like to see society evolve, it's not realistic to think it's going to change anytime soon. The gay community is mega progressive in regards to our rights, but we heavily inner-discriminate if someone doesn't fit within a classic frame of beauty. -
Cupula might not bat an eyelash at bringing back what appears to be another tourist, but they do get squirrely when they think it's a local. I've watched them ask for ID (and keep it until the visitor leaves).

Little Shop of Horrors with Jeremy Jordan
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to foxy's topic in Live Theater & Broadway
Ah, the infamous production that started in Florida. I really wish Alice Ripley would have stayed with the show to Broadway. Butler was fine, but Ripley's voice and acting were incredible. -

Unless an understudy was on, it was probably Lee Wilkof -
If you have all the right things that your clients want, you can charge a higher rate and you won't have any issue getting it. City-dependent pricing is dying, quickly. $300 is the new norm.

For percale, it's either LL Bean- which gets top reviews from Wirecutter and CR- or Brooklinen. I have sets from both, they've lasted years and have stood up handily to silicone/oil-based lube, hot water and bleach cycles. No loose threading, no thinning, still as crisp as when I bought them. https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/113446?page=pima-cotton-percale-sheet-set https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/76545?page=sunwashed-percale-sheet-set-print&bc=31-131-1156&feat=1156-GN3&csp=f&gnrefine=1*SHT_TYP*Percale&pos=9 https://www.brooklinen.com/collections/classic-percale-sheets I don't tend to spend heavy on the sheeting as much as I spend on the mattress underneath.

I love discussing sheets and thread count. I'm a weirdo. Frette is good, but it's nowhere near worth what they charge. For much less money, you can get a long-staple cotton sheet set that feels amazing and lasts a long, long time. Sferra Giza 45 are one example. At home, I only use white percale-blend sheets. They sleep cooler, are crisp and can be bleached. My personal favorite brands are Brooklinen and LL Bean. The thread count thing is a little wishy-washy, as most brands who say they're 1000+ aren't actually, but just doubling/splitting their threads and getting to the number that way. A lot of times, the extreme high thread ends up feeling worse and wearing much more quickly.

Mr Number - App With Reviews/Info on Clients
+ BenjaminNicholas replied to MCR's topic in Questions About Hiring
Agreed. It's why I protected myself from a blanket statement with the adjective 'probably' Other than that, realistically, any system is going to be gamed. That's just the nature of systems. Ideally, Mr Number could work on some front end protocols to shore-up the app, but that likely depends on how many complaints they get and if that chops into their bottom line.
