  1. Banks tend to change their tune when you start doing business with them across multiple products. It's all about building a strong relationship with them. If you have a healthy portfolio of assets, they're not going to want to kill that. It also helps to have multiple banks for multiple purposes. Ranging from big boxes to small, private banks. Each serve their purpose.
  2. What I was basically saying is that turnabout is fair play when it comes to the correlation between Canadian and US CBP agencies. They're both known for being difficult. We get scrutinized there just as much as we scrutinize them coming here. If Canada wanted to, they could bar any foreigner (ie, me) from entering for as long as they see fit.
  3. There's good reason this show is Netflix's most expensive production. You can see every penny. The show continues to be top-tier.
  4. PrEP by injection, aka Apretude (or, cabotegravir for the rx nerds here) Two injections over two months initially and then one shot every two months. I've been on it for just over a year now. Works like a champ.
  5. Yes, I'm a US citizen, which by US law means they cannot deny me entry into my own country. That said, it doesn't mean that other countries and CBPs can't be shitheads if they want to be. ... And they sometimes want to be.
  6. Fully agree that no one suggestion is foolproof. Funny, as Canada CBP tends to be one of the tougher transits for US citizens. I feel as if both countries are playing a bit of the 'who's cock is bigger' game with this.
  7. When you cross-borders on a frequent basis, you learn every trick to avoid detection, including how to immediately lock your iPhone in a way that it demands a password (not FaceID). You also travel with electronics that don't have sensitive info on them or if they do, it's encrypted. I travel internationally a lot and have never had an issue. A lot of guys who get nailed by a CBP don't exactly work to 'blend in' when transiting into another country.
  8. Nothing, i repeat, nothing is 100% effective against STDs. The safest sex is no sex. Mitigate your risk as much as you want, but fuck... Just get out there and have some great sex.
  9. This is the exact build I'm working towards. And I'm close.
  10. I hear he can land a quad/quad combination
  11. I've been watching this slowly come to fruition. A nice addition to Forest Hills. That Orange Theory next door regularly kicks my ass And if anyone's on this block, don't forget to hit Martha's Country Bakery down on Austin St.
  12. Well, yeah, that's always the case, but that's also an apples to oranges within the conversation. If the taxi driver tells me something is running slow or there's closures, I always give them the shot to reroute.
  13. I never get into a NYC cab without telling them how I want to get there.
  14. Shame and embarrassment is never the goal. A lot of guys- especially older guys just figuring out gay sex- don't always know what PrEP is: What it can do, what it can't do, when adding doxy into the mix is the right move, etc. In these instances, escorts can educate without ever making people feel inferior. The goal is protection, not proselytizing. As odd as it seems, many people still don't have these frank discussions with the one person they should be 100% honest with: A doctor. Happy to read you've gotten yourself squared away 👍
  15. Men's legs. And a little more...
  16. What you're describing is a fantasy that turns you on, not an intelligent move for someone who's already got an office job.
  17. Like it or not, Mamma Mia! (two m's and an exclamation point, to be correct) was/is a juggernaut for producers. Even back in 2008, the trades were reporting it had already made $2 billion worldwide (39 productions). I don't always love jukebox musicals, but this is where Broadway went, continues to go and what audiences want to see. I have a ton of respect for Brantley and have exchanged many messages with him through social media (he's very responsive). From an artistic standpoint, I see where he's coming from, but as someone who's also put money into shows, the bottom line is always the bottom line. Hell's Kitchen I'm looking forward to seeing next week when I'm back in the city, if only to get to see Shoshana Bean back on stage. She's an incredible singing actress.
  18. One of about a dozen reasons Canada is a fantastic country.
  19. Vegas is the last place you need to worry about 'being seen' with a hooker
  20. This. His reply was bravado at its worst. Just fucking idiotic. And under those circumstances, he'd likely go to jail for murder.
  21. NYT digital is a lifesaver if you're in a neck of the woods where a Sunday edition (or any edition, for that matter) isn't readily available. The app is very user-friendly and has a massive amount of information and functionality.
  22. What's nice about sex parties at the Gugg is that you can hit every group and if you've missed anything, you'll be able to catch it as your spiral your way back down.
  23. Agree, but... There's always that one person who doesn't understand how to just play along.
  24. There's almost no viable competitor. These changes will not impact their bottom line in the least. Until someone builds a better mousetrap, we have what we have. And building that new mousetrap ain't going to be easy.
  25. Whether he is or isn't really isn't the issue. In this business, perception is rarely reality. It's whether YOU are on it and what precautions YOU'RE taking to minimize risk. Only you can help prevent forest fires.
