    I love Cyndi Lauper. She puts on a GREAT live show and her voice is impressive. CL never tried to be someone else or multiple-personas. That's always been her strength. She's unabashedly herself.

    I was in Istanbul and Bodrum less than a month ago and on return, no problems. ?‍♂️ The 'flagging' thing, I think, is an urban myth at the moment. While the US govt flags a country for issues, they don't flag a person. Perhaps in extreme circumstances, but not as per usual. Turkey has always felt safe to me.

    Of course she got the credit. She's famous for having demanded it throughout her career. The problem now is that she can't handle not being relevant, so she stages these ridiculous social media outbursts. In addition to the catlike plastic surgery, she's never learned to grow old with any semblance of grace. It's always been kicking and screaming.

    Turkey is wide open and beautiful this time of year. Istanbul isn't too tough to get to. PVR is too quiet with the bars mostly being closed. Parts of the Caribbean are reopening. I vote for St Kitts-Nevis (reopens 10/31). I love going there.

    My only advice is to play it coy with additional property details. It's not altogether difficult for someone to piece together where you might live, especially if they know how to pull building permits. That said, I do hope you get your champagne wishes and caviar dreams.

    To appreciate this play/film, you have to look at it as being inside of a time capsule. A lot of younger gay guys would watch this and simply not understand. I'm young enough to be in that category, but I'm also an old soul who appreciates many things way before his time. I thought it was well-done... And I didn't expect a lot from Ryan Murphy.
