I am not very experienced with these services but a provider sleeping until 10am or 10:30am and then going to the gym until 12 noon or 1pm does not unreasonable to me. If I do the math right, your day starts at ~1:00pm and must last at least through 9pm or 10pm and includes intimate time? None of that sounds terrible to me.
