Legal right to study and work in the US*

I do have a legal right to study in the US. I am a US citizen. I was born in the US when my parents were a grad students in the US and moved back to my asian country when I was 2. I do have 2 passports. I said I was an international student in the post because I didnt grow up in the US and I do have a stronger identity as a citizen of the other country...
