She looked at them, and pronounced: "Well, I don't know about YOU TWO, but THIS Queen needs a drink!" I miss the old girl.

I collected all my materials for my passport on a Tuesday (Got a photo; went to the county courthouse to get my birth certificate). I took it to the "Regional" passport agency. I received my Passport on Thursday, from the USPS. Just lucky I guess.

The Drake in chicago ... not memorable. Ritz-Carlton Boston, very nice, but it has slipped since RC sold it to Taj. The restaurant was also closed ... amazing food while it was the Ritz. The Grand Hyatt Resort in Kauai (Popui) was lovely, but the superbowl downlink was rained out. Can you check on the Grand Hyatt while you're on Kauai, @tristanbaldwin ?

The Sheraton at the Wharf was a perfectly reasonable hotel. For a night. Hideous colour scheme. Comfy bed. My step-sister was chauffeuring me around. Two nights. Very filled with families and business types.

Just a comment: I had planned to go to Hawaii in 2017. I had to postpone the trip a year. Alaska Airlines not only didn't charge me the higher fare, but they didn't charge me the change fee.

I'm blessed with looking MUCH younger than my age. I've been told anywhere from my 40's to my 50's ... both of which are long gone.

Is physical therapy an option for you? My personal trainer suggested it, and it helped enormously. My training has been extremely helpful. I can now get up off the floor, as long as there's something around to steady me. Three years ago, I couldn't.

Have you considered a walker? Hate them myself, but I do use a cane when out and about

There used to be a product QUINAMM, which was quinine and aminophylline. Odd combination, in my book. Anyway, N/A available anymore. You could try tonic water. Quinine is a tricky medication.
