Make sure that you have plenty of space. One of my regulars I see for multiple days at a time, and he knows just to take time when he needs it, which is usually first thing in the morning when he disappears for an hour. When I was still working and seeing patients preoperatively, there was one surgeon who wanted to know what my findings were, particularly if there was an issue.
