My experience in Vietnam is fifty years ago when there were many Americans, Australian and Koreans in Saigon. I would remember no napkins. But, it was a crazy time, and perhaps Vietnamese adopted other customs then for foreigners.

Billy Brandt worked for Falcon. They filmed Absolute Arid in Australia and Billy was the star. We talked about Australia. He celebrated a birthday there. Interesting. He has a world class butt. -
