craigville beach reacted to + Orin in Heart attack
I don't know if my experience is relevant. you decide. I felt discomfort after the few-blocks walk to get mail one day about 7 years ago. That was unusual, since I'd been taking regular walks with no issues. To be on the safe side, I made an appointment with my doctor, who then scheduled a heart stress test and imagery to get more data. That made it clear: I had a serious problem with my heart, but we had time to schedule corrective surgery.
After the follow-up PT, the surgeon said I could do what I wanted as regards to exercise. I'd already been on meds for hypertension, and that continued. I think the only significant dietary change since then was that I ended up making my own meals almost all the time, and stopped the occasional fast food exception. But really, that had more to do with having to limit my sodium intake since I also had stage 3 kidney disease, which for me meant one of them was stuck in Idle, and the other was at about 85% and stable.
Exercise, sure. I've got an old BowFlex in the garage for that. Since I've started having some aches and pains, though, I've been relying more on taking ~2.5 mile walks around the neighborhood hills when it's nice out, like today.

When I have left over boiled potatoes I take them out of the fridge and dice them. Then I spice them with garlic powder, pepper and paprika. I toss them in with bacon and sausage as I am frying them and toss the potatoes regularly until they are crispy brown. Along with fried eggs makes a great and calorific breakfast.

The first time I attempted hash browns on a camping trip, I bought dehydrated hash browns in cartons. I had no idea what to expect.
The cartons are stored at room temperature. To prepare, open a carton and fill with hot water, close carton and let sit for a few minutes. The dehydrated potatoes will have absorbed the hot water. Then, empty carton into pan or griddle and brown.
These turned out surprisingly good. So good, that I no longer just buy them for camping. I now keep them in my pantry to use at home when craving hash browns for breakfast.

He did graduate from Northwestern. Not exactly as prestigious as clown college, but it is a reputable school.

Not concerned about any television personality's finances. If they live a well financed life, even small parted actors can live comfortably as long as they are working.
This is a much bigger issue.
A licensed broadcast company being sued by government officials and not taking a stand is, for me, a sign of a co-opted media which is one more step in a bad direction. The "coincidental" cancelling of a show which is critical of the government officials, appears collusive. Finances may favor cancelling a show, but the timing of this cancellation is suspicious of an attempt to quiet opposition.
PBS and NPR being defunded is another example of the media facing a government silencing.

Factually, Paramount was being sued by Trump organization for a supposedly biased 60 minutes interview with Kamala Harris. Paramount settled for 16 million dollars but did not admit to any guilt.
Considering Colbert is very very very anti Trump, the settlement one day and his being let go, albeit in a year from last May, smells like yesterday's fish. Squid pro quo.
