  1. Have you guys tried the website? I usually hook up from the website and did not notice any issues, but after seeing your messages I also checked the app and noticed it is not working. The website is working at least for the DC Metro area.
  2. Everything is and has been working fine for me.
  3. Yes! That is exactly what I like (although I do like the video a lot). A queer young Black rapper films a video full of sex and sacrilege and rockets to the top, trolling and double betting his outraged critics. Compare this to the backlash suffered by pop stars like Madonna or Sinead O'Connor when they dared to confront religion.
  4. Happy birthday!

  7. Whether or not I will be able to travel this summer, it is my intention to make an effort to return to a forgotten hobby: reading. I thought we may share some recommendations here. One novel I am very curious about is "Civilizations", by Laurent Benet. The original is French, so I will read the Spanish translation. The synopsis looks quite appealing: the author turns around History and imagines Europe conquered by the Incas. I wonder how deep he goes on imagining a world ruled by Incan Supremacy instead of our current White (European) Supremacy, or whether he walks at all on that ground. However, even if it is a plot about just playing with History, it sounds entertaining enough. width=323pxhttps://cdn2.penguin.com.au/covers/original/9781787302303.jpg[/img]
  8. This is my tribute to Daddy. https://ilikepinga.com/2021/04/03/daddy-has-died/
  9. I love this video, and I like ore and more this boy. Some of my Black friends made an attempt to criticize him (not from a homophobic stand) and I did not hear them and move on in the conversation. I guess I will soon learn something that will ruin my romance, but right now I do like him a lot.
  10. what if you like violent criminals?
  11. I am sad. @Cooper, thank you for everything you have done.
  12. I have never been in Colombia. But once again, you are looking in the wrong place.
  13. Yes it is. Brazil was one of the places where Truvada was tried, and it is also currently for some upgrades (there is an experimental injection with an effect lasting several months. However, sauna boys may not be in the program. I am not sure whether or not the drug is provided for free like in the USA. All the Brazilian porn stars I have met in person are on PrEP, paying for it.
  14. I am not a denier, and so followed all safety protocols during the flights, rented an airbnb far away from Copacabana in the beach front with a terrace and plenty of air, and substantially reduced the number of partners I usually have. I went only once to each of my fav saunas. Part of my thrill was traveling during the pandemic, navigating semi deserted airports, and enjoying Rio without international tourists.
  15. I find the first comment disheartening. Not because you would feel affected for that hatred, but because it is disheartening to see a human being turned into that by his addiction. The second one, it sounds to me like a friendly, thankful and joyful comment. He recognized his mistake. His preconceptions about what someone with your looks can do were wrong, and he celebrates his mistake and thanks you.
  16. In my short experience, Brazilians are like Americans in this respect. They expect everyone else to learn their language. You will find of course very educated people, and many do speak English. But if you are talking about sauna boys, very few of them do. If you are planning a visit and your Portuguese is very limited, I recommend you David. However, using any translation app makes communication easy. The standard one that comes with iPhones works pretty well, but I prefer Google Translate. You can download the dictionaries of the languages you need, and you can use it without being online. To learn about traveling to Brazil, you are in the wrong place. I strongly recommend you to study the Latin American forums in gayguides. In order to access them, you have to be a member with a certain number of posts, but the wealth of knowledge is impressive.
  17. I was there in November, and had a great time. Things are gotten worse since then, but the info in gayguides tells me that if they can survive this pandemic, they will be back up soon.
  18. Oh! I did not notice that. I am trying to catch up and may easily misread a thread's content. Perhaps the OP wants to edit the thread's name, to make it easier to identify by massage lovers? I am just trying to give helpful suggestions.
  19. I made an attempt to catch up after all these months away, but I gave up. I just skipped to the last page and it is still too much. So let me drop my 2cs for what I think it is being mostly discussed, and I apologize if I sound out of place, as I probably will be. I do not think that making generalizations about who the guys in SA are, or about what they want, or about how educated in the trade they are, is a productive approach. In my experience, the diversity of the offer in SA is out of the charts. Do not waste your time trying to figure it out a stereotype that does not exist. Instead, focus on who you are, what you want, and what you are willing to trade for it. Notice that I did not say pay but trade for it. It is possible to offer things like lessons, school work, an extra room at your place, or whatever you have that may be appealing for these young guys. Navigating SA takes a lot of time, much more than just going to a rent boys website to pick one from the menu. To cut the waist of time, I learned to make clear in my opening what I was willing to give. Far from bragging and faking a wealth I do not possess, I was transparent. I would make clear that my extra cash was very limited. This simple strategy, once I learned it, was a key for my success. Once I was left with the smaller universe of the guys I was able to afford, I was ready to find out what they were looking for. Let me insist: the offer is very diverse in all senses. I am too lazy to go back to my blog and look for the reports, but about three years ago I spent a full month exploring intensively the site, and shared all my failures and successes. I do remember that the beginning was frustrating but it paid off in the long term.
  20. Why to open anther thread when we had this one? I think keeping this information in one thread would be wise. I am sharing some recommendations there.
  21. Hello everyone, I decided to put my political differences with @Guy Fawkes in a hiatus, considering the circumstances. I have missed many of you, and I am very sorry for the sad turn that Daddy's live has suffered. Whatever our differences are, they are secondary right now. Since a friend texted me about Daddy's accident, I have been luring the site to check @Cooper 's updates. I join you all on hoping for a recovering.
  22. For that, you can check these recommendations.
