100% agree with @DTCG82 . Just to make it more explicit to you, @barrybt : 1. do not hire someone you have not met before and made sure the chemistry is good 2. In prep communications, explicitly share your fear of being left out, and 3. also during the prepping, if there is anything you would like to happen during the meeting, ask for it
