Don't feel bad "T". I went through the same thing. Some years ago he was at 'The Numbers' one night sitting alone and puffing on a cigar. It wasn't exactly his hayday, but he was still devastatingly handsome, and while not at the top of his game, he still had a commanding presence. I sent him a drink and he came over and we began to chat. I offered to buy him dinner. Half way through I was trying to figure out how to end the evening without putting forth an offer. Nice guy, but yes, boring and self absorbed. Thankfully friends showed up and rescued the evening. No regrets, but I was always baffled how he wasn't able to manage his life after the cameras were turned off. I guess the lesson is...Be careful what you wish for.

Special shout outs to: Lucas, who I will never forget... gone to seek greener pastures. Wanted nothing more than friendship...Had I only known. Brandan Steele, the gold standard...period.
