I’m ok with some negotiation of the rate. In a way, I do it every time....because I’m usually discussing/negotiating a longer 90-120 minute visit, but not at the initial hourly rate. There is nothing wrong with mentioning “that’s more than I usually hire for...” and see the response. In negotiating anything worst they can say is “no”. I will *often* negotiate when working with guys from Grindr and Seeking Arrangements, a very large percentage of these guys don’t understand their “market”. But they can be a LOT of fun

Agree, makes me sad. I like closure, seems like ghosting is easier. I’m still a bit brokenhearted right now, from a young man that I met on seeking arrangements. Chemistry, dates, everything fun and through the roof. He was always a little slow at texting, and yes our location distance was challenging, but he always get back to me eventually, and we worked it all out and had fun. All of a sudden, ignore/silence.
