I have enjoyed watching them this past week. The USA men's sprinters have been amazing this week. I'm looking forward to seeing what they can accomplish in the 4x100 relay. Sydney McLaughlin's world record performance in the women's 400 hurdles was unbelievable. Breaking the former mark by nearly a second is amazing and she looked comfortable throughout the effort. Add to that, he time over the hurdles would have finished seventh in the women's 400 finals!

I've been told by RentMasseur that they track to see if you clicked on the phone number to initiate a phone call as a criteria to submit a review. There are valid reasons for providers to ask you not to contact them through the site. One might be so that all communication with clients is in one place (text messages on phone) so that they can make sure they have the right information for each appointment, especially for those that advertise on multiple sites.

This is a great reminder to providers to actually count the money being paid to them. I cannot tell you how many guys I see thank me and don't count the money while I'm there. This is when you want to catch the problem. Also, these prop bills used in the movies have a different feel than real stuff.

I've had an 8-hand massage once. It was a post-training session for newer massuers with two experienced and two newer guys. I rarely had all four guys massaging me at the same time, but there were some benefits. I had a big knot in my leg and one of the experienced guys worked on it while the two newer guys were gentling working my hands and the other experienced guy was giving a scalp massage. I was so lulled into a sense of relaxing from the other three I didn't notice how deep the kneading in my leg was going. I think it all helped me relax enough to not notice any discomfort from the work on my legs. That said, toward the end of the massage, it did get a little overwhelming when they were all working on me. Although I had the option for eight hands again, I decided four hands from guys who were well-coordinated was plenty.

It is tough being a lifelong Reds fan. Nine straight losses. Only good thing is that I dropped cable in favor of streaming service over the winter and the Reds are blacked out on MLB and Bally Sports does not air over streaming services, so I don't get to watch the games live. Looking for another team to cheer for.
