Not necessarily. The provider sets the rate. If they're willing to go beyond typical sensual massage at that price, it's their choice. I do and would encourage a nice tip. 
Perhaps some providers can shed light here, but I have been surprised pretty regularly by a massage where the last 20 minutes turned into full-on sex. I didn't request it, but I consented.

Great massage.  Just be aware that he will attempt to start fucking 15 minutes into the session.  When he's done, you can shower and the session is over.  A bit of a wham-bam artist but he is fun while it lasts.  He is said to be prone to mood swings but I have not experienced that with him.

It reminds me a bit of last year’s MARTYR! by Kaveh Akbar, a (queer) debut novel that garnered tons of praise, was a National Book Award finalist, etc. I’d recommend it just based on how different it is from everything else I’ve read recently.

I read “Cutting for Stone” by Abraham Verghese a few years ago, loved it. More recently I just finished another one by him “Covenant of Water”. Both great reads.
