I only know my experience, but it did seem to jive with some others on here.  Mixed reviews are probably normal and different people may have different experiences (everyone gets a bad day).  I will say I did not think he looked like his pics (the same ones he’s been using for at least 5 years), but they are of him.  I only saw him once several years back (once was enough).
