I understand totally how you are feeling. I am in your same age group and my viewpoint will be unlike others I'm sure. I'm not going to tell you at 60 years old to start eating better, hitting the gym, etc.. to me that sounds shallow and that the issue is your body just isn't that "hot" enough for someone to appreciate your business as a client. I'd be cautious taking those experiences and expect them to be yours as you'll be set up for even worse disappointment thinking that you're obviously not getting the same experience as others because you're just not as hot as them. So, you obviously need to spend more time in the gym. Just Appreciate and Savor the "Wins" along the way and we'll still find some memorable times along this journey.
