It is sad and ridiculous. But then I think of myself. I shamelessy claim to be 10+ years younger. Of course I can support it, or so I think. And I also have no other option. I like very young people, they would run away if they knew the number. 
Incidentally I just met an 18 yo, I said I am 50 and he replied, oh you look younger. It made my day. But then I thought his reference point is his father, a straight family man who doesn't care about dermatology and surgery.
 

People often put the location on their profiles and on their posts. But if I may, I would suggest instead of a general search, start by adding the insta profile of a hottie you know. Then insta will come up with recommendations "people you may know" ie his friends... You add the hot ones and then you get more recommendations...
