I did it a few years ago during the Chopin Piano competition in Warsaw. Stayed at Raffles and had a tribe of hot polish boys to play with - 2-3 times a day for a week. In the past 2 years, I learned that 3 people i know were "butchered". They are smart normal sane people but fell for these online romance scams. The schemers are very sophisticated and know exactly what you need to tell the bank or someone when you are moving so much money; they even know the closest crypto atm and give you directions to get there. The girl was schemed by someone who worked on an "oil rig" and had limited opportunities to visit the mainland and needed her help to pay his staff. What BS. Anyone with half a brain would question their motives.
