Been a patron since 27 Men's opened and then HK. Double+ tipper and frequent. Normally my go-to place but not such a good experience tonight with your booking system and staff.
Booked online Sunday for Tuesday appt, received a confirmation text, and again a couple of hours before but when I showed up my appt wasn't in the schedule and my guy was with someone else. The person working the desk (not Yura) couldn't really explain what happened or how to keep it from happening again.
I decided to go with a sub since I had put some effort into hygiene and travel, and it was my only available day for a few weeks. Unfortunately I didn't gel with the substitute, didn't appreciate the mention of a tip, and everyone kept telling me booking online is best. Definitely wasnt in this case.
Anyway, FYI check your system. I'm both annoyed and disappointed so sorry if my emotions are bleeding in. I prob should wait until I'm less charged but not a small amount of effort and $ goes into a visit so I'm kinda pissed frankly. Like I said very long time supporter and the reason I just don't go anywhere. 
Yes I could DM but others might have experienced issues with the booking system. 

I saw David for a 90-minute massage. Very good. Some of his technique made me think he had been trained by Alven (though he does not replicate some of Alven's signature moves). But the talent is there with room to continue getting better. I had my best gym workout in over 3 weeks today after he worked over my legs and back so thoroughly last night. I will see him again.

Not the same commenter but took the plunge and booked Luiz yesterday. Incredibly hot, really great massage (best I’ve had at HK). Zero extras though and zero upsell - maybe I just wasn’t his type lol. The excellent massage more than made up for it though so I’d still recommend if being blue balled isn’t that much of a hindrance.

Yeah ngl the new additions think they’re on some Sean Cody type of shit & they’ve been massage masters for decades to negotiate borderline exorbitant amounts lol. I understand this is a job & they’re not there to relax & have fun like the clients. But with the rate they’re expecting, we could’ve just booked a hot onlyfans model off rm. especially if the massage is mid & they start negotiating. Like bro, the tasting menu ain’t shit what makes you think I’m buying the whole meal.
 
I booked an appointment with one guy & he started negotiating, I politely declined & said I usually tip 100% or maybe more if the service was great (which wasn’t even a huge ask for what I was expecting tbh) & he went on this short monologue about how other clients tipped him more & this is a job for him etc, I just said dude I hear you, but that’s outside my budget which is why I declined. The whole thing made it seem like I was forcing him to agree with me when he could’ve just said no thanks & ended it there. Its kinda sad how 27’s going on the quantity vs quality route now.

Just have a great session with Gabriel this week, I asked him about the upsell, he said $300,$400,$500 is a private session not in the spa.

They all talk about tip if you want services more than massage . 

I think it depends. Some may ask “how much are you going to give me blah blah….”

Not in my experience with Artem 

Recently saw Tony. He gives an excellent massage, very nice, right amount of talking. Would highly recommend.
