Words of Wisdom from Scott Baio
instudiocity replied to + WilliamM's topic in TV and Streaming services
"You won't find me shopping on weekends. I hate shopping, and haven't bought clothes in a long time. I just take clothes from the shows I'm in. It solves the problem." said Scott Baio. -
Nope, not getting into any arguments. The real world, by my intended definition, are financially successful couples realizing that combining their income is more powerful on the behalf of both people. Not only sharing expense but also planning and achieving goals financially beyond what either one could attain possibly attain. When does fully funding both retirement accounts to the max hurt either one- they will inherit the other one. When does Married Filing Jointly hurt anyone? When does the cashflow of the two harm anyone in comparison to dividing that cashflow, unequally between the two. Isn't all marriage, gay or straight defined as two becoming one? Yet, some argue that while hooked together emotionally, physically, legally, y'all insist on not hooking together fiscally. I don't get it.
-
If it's legal to lie, why wouldn't it be legal to drop trou and show himself?
-
That's Charlie's post. Not mine. Putting every dollar in one account and mutually deciding how the whole of y'all's money is spent is far and away the best way a couple can manage their income, budgeting, savings and retirements.
-
Not what I wrote. I said two become one... your 6-figures into the same account as his 5-figures, I hope, into one account. Your, plural your, expenses, savings, etc, all coming out of that one account. You shouldn't care if more than half the expense falls against your income. If you're working for common goals, you are together on finances, WHO CARES where the dollars come from?
-
In the real world, real married people believe in the "two become one" principle and don't divide the money up into his/hers, his/his, hers/hers (did I miss any pronoun combinations?) In the real world, what's one's is both's. So all the money goes into one pot, and all the bills are paid out of one pot. Most gay couples I know tend to do it Charlie's way, my account, his account, and household account. There are a bunch of advantages to share and share alike, like the married filing together rates, the ability to pool money and fully fund both retirements, the built-in line of inheritance in the laws should a married person die intestate.

When I click on the Home in the Home > Forums >Topics links, I get unceremoniously logged out, seems like everytime.

Better make that Tuesday, Monday is Memorial Day, aka first BBQ of summer. Here's another book for you to add to the Carb Free parade: The Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung. It's $12 bucks or so on Amazon. I've defeated my high blood sugar issues, dropped 4 sizes in my jeans and am down to what I weighed in my 30's.

Maybe the admins will help you drop the 30 in Reisr30...

A new acquaintance moved from Chicago to Studio City neighborhood of LA. Walking around 'downtown' Studio City seeing the sights, he remarked, "There are so many Mercedes, BMWs and Rolls here, they are not special anymore." My reply, "Yes and the lease companies love the cashflow" Where else but Beverly Hills can you go into a Budget Rent-A-Car and rent a Lamborghini, Rolls, Ferrari or Porsche? For those who can only cashflow one day at a time.

This belongs in the Creative Puns thread.

Mine's on auto-pay and she hasn't been here since her February

Depends on WHO is the cuddle buddy.

So you do not consult the M-F nor Daddy’s Reviews in your hiring considerations?
-
Not prepaying appointments is another general consensus among m-f posts. You seem argumentative, are you?
-
Proper credit should be given to Juan Vancouver, a now quiet member of the M-F.

Second from the right is the groom and the bride picked the shoes for the groomsmen

As is most sources of yeast and flour
-
Maybe we aren't reading the same posts... do you prepay your appointments, too?
-
I was teasing you about your nom de plum here. You were WAY TOO BENDABLE in my estimation. I'd have never let the first guy in - I'd have acted like I didn't know who he was and as though I wasn't Bendable2019. The second guy, once mention of a gun would have been paid his fee and immediately dismissed amicably. (In Los Angeles County carrying a concealed weapon is illegal without a concealed carry weapons permit (CCW). One LAPD chief was denied a CCW. If he couldn't get one, virtually no one can get one.) The general consensus on the M-F is you shouldn't hire anyone not reviewed on Daddy's Reviews or maybe discussed on the M-F.
-
So youre not quite so bendable? Was this fellow reviewed on daddysreviews.com? Discussed on m4m-forum.org?

Funny, my cleaning lady hasn’t been in my home in 2+ months, but she hasn't missed a paycheck. My barber hasn’t worked in over 2 months and has an infant — he’s getting a couple of Benjamins when I see him. My Uber drivers bringing my to go orders are getting at lesst a $20 tip. My dentist has already been paid for my next 3 visits (he offers a discount for annual prepays). Oh yeah, I’m “essential” & haven’t missed a paycheck, have a 6 month emergency fund and I’ve been buying while the stock market has been down. Tightwads, rich and poor, are never happy. Givers are rarely sad. Givers are rarely poor, too, even if they have no extra money. Go figure.
