The dumbest, most stupidest thing he could have done. And that's what the provider deserves for being so stupid.

And nobody could believe that Julia Roberts could play a Sunset Blvd hooker. Movies have been around for a very long time now, and most stories have been done over and over again. It's not easy to find perfect plot devices. Hollywood often lacks imagination. I see your point, because I found the wedding rush a bit hard to swallow. But the character was young, clearly impressed with the wealth, and she was having fun with her spoiled boy toy. It was a perfect storm of sex work that could lead to crazy behavior. I decided to go along for the ride, and see what happens. Yes, the ending was an unexpected dose of reality, a decision I thoroughly enjoyed, because it made her character more human than ever. You needed the hysteria to get there, and they successfully created that.

On closer look, he looks as though he's had his lips pumped. Possibly other stuff, too. You can't know until you know, but so many people, including gay men, are messing with their faces these days. It's a look that totally turns me off once I know or suspect. Cosmetic tinkering with one's face just screams body dysmorphic disorder, and I don't find that illness attractive or sexy. I hope this isn't the case with luca.

Manhattan Folks: Where in New York is This Pool?
d.anders replied to Rod Hagen's topic in The Lounge
Let's not forget, YMCA stands for Young Men's Christian Association. I don't know the film, but I assume it's porn. How on earth did they get permission to shoot at the Y? Somebody had to know someone somewhere. This is not something that could occur today. How I often miss the 70's and 80's. -
If true, I wonder what Oasis Day Spa thinks of this. I know lawyers are expensive, but this seems ripe for the courts.

I finally saw this last night. I found the story fascinating and heartbreaking. I enjoyed this more than Oppenheimer. I did not fall asleep on this one. It's the kind of movie that wins Oscars. I thought Adrien Brody's performance was amazing. During the hooker scene, I had wondered a few things. Why were his pants pulled up so tight and so close to his junk? That didn't seem right or believable with a handjob in action. I also wondered if he let the actress pull on his own junk? That would be so "method." I was surprised the film was not a true story. It sure did feel like one. The fact that it is fiction, the length of the film seems completely indulgent.

He's got a beautiful uncut cock. His erection is very impressive. Handsome guy, too. Love the armpit photo. His ad says he's experienced at massage, but nothing about being pro. Still, who wouldn't enjoy seeing him naked?

Manhattan Folks: Where in New York is This Pool?
d.anders replied to Rod Hagen's topic in The Lounge
That pool looks to me like it's the West Side YMCA at 63rd St. In the 70's and 80's, that Y location was the most notorious. I think that location has 2 pools. Not sure if the tiling still exists today, but it could. -
Sorry to hear this news. I was always attracted to him. Occasionally, in his films, he would break character. In those moments, especially when he would change his facial expression to a sly smile, I had this sense he was a wholesome, fun guy. A 20-year relationship is impressive. Lots of people living without love in their lives. To have a long life in porn, and not have a lot of negativity associated with your reputation is not easy to accomplish. The partner asked for privacy and respect, acknowledging people's questions. Speculation and analysis of the message is not that. I believe accidents in the home rate quite high in the scheme of things. Creating a porn studio, let alone a successful one, is no easy task. Making movies, especially in digital, that have some ingredients of quality, is very difficult and challenging work. You need a fair number of people to help you, and you always need help from expensive computer geeks and tech assistants. There is a side to the porn business that is very much pain-in-the-ass. It seems Tim Kruger had many gifts, and the ability to stay calm and focused was one of them.

Provider Cancels on Weekend Getaway at the Last Minute
d.anders replied to FaustOust's topic in Questions About Hiring
Remembering my days in corporate, where I occasionally had to fly overnight to Europe on a Sunday, do business on a Monday morning, fly out by 4 pm, and return to the office on Tuesday morning. I did enjoy the frequent flyer miles, but that's about it. As I got older, those turnovers became more and more painful. I couldn't do it today. I now need a week to recover from a trip overseas. Given the amount of communication that went on here, I'd be too disappointed to recover. -
This notion that anyone has price seems ridiculous to me. There are a lot of professional actors who want no part of illegal activity, and the risks associated, or direct sexual contact with fans, and the risks associated. It seems to me, if someone doesn't want to participate in a given service, there are easy ways to make that clear. Not providing an ad, or a business email for private contact, are just two ways to avoid unwanted solicitations. I would assume that if a performer wants such inquiries shut off, breaking the barrier might piss them off further, even with a ton of money attached. Be careful what you wish for. A lot of people don't appreciate pushy, aggressive behavior.

He seems to be quite handsome, and may also have pro certification.

Are they associated with Oasis Day Spa? If not, I wonder if a lawsuit is applicable here. Oasis Day Spa has been a NY business for a very long time.

Well, thanks to the link above, Cole Blue is my new boyfriend. Damn he's hot. He's all over social media. He's got a great voice for porn, too. The privates are so beautiful.
-
I think he was actually the "top." The boy sure did have a ton of pre-cum. Plus his cock and balls were absolutely beautiful. Nice face, too. Anyone know who he is? (Edit) I guess his name is Cole Blue.

I just started watching Season 3. The action is keeping my attention. I loved how the story opened. I absolutely did not recognize Anthony Michael Hall as Beck. Holy shit how a man ages. I'm loving Sonya Cassidy. She's got a great speaking voice and some very good lines. She's a terrific counter to Reacher. They seem to have very good chemistry. The writing seems to be crisper this season. Of course, way too many eye roll moments, but that's Hollywood. Alan Ritchson is showing more skin. Good for him. I wish he was wearing white underwear instead of black. I'm not finding Johnny Berchtold attractive (in the show), but I did enjoy the teaching boxing scene. For a minute, I thought it would have been fun for the creators to push a few buttons on the Daddy/Son theme, to feed the gays. With the boy hating on his real dad, the opportunity was there. But perhaps that's going too far? Still, a peeping-son shower scene would have been fun to see. LOL.

I did not realize in this interview that Parker Posey would claim to be from the south. One would think she wouldn't have any issue with the accent. Like most of the interviewers in show business, Nikki Novak is dreadful. She asks the most idiotic questions, and she wears way too much make-up. Her effusive, ingratiating style newly defines tongue-up-actor's-ass. But the poor actors always seem to have to sit for her shit:

Shout out to @Rod Hagen. It looks like I saw Stan in The Martian, I Tonya, Black Swan, and probably other stuff, but I never latched onto his name. I remember liking the actor who played Jeff Gillooly in I Tonya, and his name still didn't stick in my brain. I wanted to see Pam and Tommy, but never got around to it. I read he wore a prosthetic cock for that. That's my reaction to most movies or series. I'm lucky if I last 10 minutes. In NYC, we see things in public that most people never experience. I was curious about where this story was going, and what it was trying to say. Wow. I can't believe it would be on the menu. But it was an important aspect of the character, and what he thought of himself in his deformed state. One reason why the nude scene wasn't sexy. When he put his mask back on, his old body came back. Even so, I loved the way his junk moved as he walked. I happen to love a cock when it's flaccid. And it's lit so well, something you don't see in film very often.

There's been a lot of buzz about this film, and I finally had the chance to see it last night. It has a 93% on Rotten Tomatoes. I did not know much about the film, and I'm not familiar with Sebastian Stan. I'm sure it's a work of genius, and I'm very surprised I made it through to the end. It's not a film for everyone, even though the themes are quite universal. I imagine it has something in common with The Substance. Actually, my brain hurt after watching it, and I had to go to YouTube for further enlightenment. A ton of analysis exists, and most of it is quite interesting, in an artsy movie sort of way. The film isn't really about sex, or sexy, but Sebastian Stan does full-frontal, in your face style. He's got a pretty uncut cock with low hanging balls. The scene is very peculiar, and it's not very realistic. One minute he's fucking. The next minute he's looking for his mask. Goes entirely flaccid. Then, within seconds, he's back to fucking while wearing his mask. It's not believable, but the scene is not about the sex. It's about her laughing at him during sex. My curiosity wants me to dig deeper and maybe watch it again, but it's not an easy film to watch. It's quite dark and painful. If anyone has seen it, I'm curious what you all think.

I wasn't exactly serious. I guess that's a good reason to throw hate on him. LOL.
-
I get this point, but in fairness, he was voted on by a room full of his peers, and he was speaking to a room full of his peers. I don't think he was speaking to you. Maybe he forgot that Netflix was carrying the show live. I'm trying to cut him some slack, because he is a mega talent, and he's still very young.
-
There is nothing arrogant about wanting to achieve greatness in your work. I wish more younger people aspired to such goals. Speaking out loud in front of millions of viewers about your personal goals may have been self-indulgent. The guy is young, and no one is perfect. He spent 5 years on the Dylan project, and I suspect he needed this moment to let it all hang out. I'm almost sure he's regretting it now. He did not compare himself to anyone. He said he aspired to be as committed as those two. This is where the internet goes bad, everyone attaching their own spin on things. I think Dan Murrell's take on Chalamet's speech is spot-on:
-
I watch Dan Murrell on YouTube. He says the acceptance speech has turned into a social media nightmare, without deserving the negativity. Too bad no one can control that. I'm sure it was mostly misunderstood. Even so, I wish Chalamet would have kept his private, ambitious thoughts to himself. America loves to see its heroes crash and burn. I don't have a problem with that. Just don't opt to do retro-glamour hair. They don't go together.
-
I watched it again, and watched a few YouTube analysis videos. I guess I changed my mind on how I feel about Ep 2. The music is growing on me. The visuals in the opening credits deserve a deeper dive. Yes, Parker Posey did a brilliant job handling Leslie Bibb. Not an easy scene to pull off. Seeing it for a second time, it makes you even more uncomfortable. Well done. Nicely acted. Editing is perfect.
