I think if you try to hire enough, it's just gonna happen. On rentmasseur I have had guys completely ignore a message (and you can see they read it), but then I'll text them and hear right back.

Much shorter timeframe here, but I have 2 anchors. It is fun to test, but if you have those anchor guys, I find that the more sessions you have, the better they get as you get comfortable and less inhibited with each other. I consider myself lucky to know 2 great guys in this business.

This is a huge peeve of mine with some providers. Not sure how they think this is good business sense. I get some clients can be a pain in the ass with never ending messages. When I am looking at someone new, my standard questions are if they are available at a certain date and time, rates and if they can outcall to a certain location. I don't think it's asking too much to get more than a one word answer to these questions. I now just immediately stop engaging if this happens as it's a waste of my time. There are plenty of guys who are polite and willing to work with you.

Wrapped up my session. Was a good time..not the best but still quite enjoyable. My only issues are we had a cash app issue for some reason that held things up a bit and he answered a couple texts during. He's a real nice guy and knows the buttons to push right when he meets you. Just got home from my session. It was a fun session. We started about 90 mins late from what we scheduled. I'll grade on a curve with that because he asked to meet 30 minutes later than scheduled but I knew where he was coming from and traffic can be hideous. I always allow an hour buffer with any provider whether I should or not. Really nice guy and into the session. It was a good time but not one to create major fireworks. I've been with 2 providers this year that did that, so this wasn't on that level. He has a nice body, but he had a client earlier in the day which impacted performance for our meet if you get my drift. I paid escort rates and have had steamier sessions from guys on rent masseur. It's the first time I did not tip. I felt $600 for 2 hours was more than enough. Not a bad experience, but unlikely to repeat.
