Most places don’t. It’s a spa. You can find sites like rentmasseur etc for that if you’re picky and want to see someone’s looks

It’s sex tourist central lol. And I feel like it’s built for gringos (im a gringo, but hey lol) I suppose you get more tourist traffic there and all.
