Simple question: How do you guys make payment to your provider? Do you hand it to the provider directly, leave it on a table, put it in an envelope, or something else? I always find this an akward exchange and I think the provider does too (I may be projecting). I believe only once did a provider explicitly tell me where to place the payment and I believe this was the only time that I was asked to pay before the session started.
