I have never been to a Klay, but I agree with what you said about Equinox in New York … Not only some of the personal trainers but quite a few of the younger clients are definitely 'available' if approached with a sense of tact and discretion. It starts at 26/5th, barely touches the village and then back up to Chelsea. It used to be that the March started at 42nd/5th went all the way down 5th and ended up deep into the west village.
