The Feds have a 95% conviction rate. The death penalty will be used as leverage for a plea deal or he decides to go to trial and has a decent chance of going 6 feet under. Whether he rots in a prison cell or in the ground, he and his 15 minutes of infamy will be forgotten in a few years.
