It's very possible he's just trying to be discreet with the building instructions. I've had that before with other NYC apartment buildings and providers. Anybody remember Arek's instructions for his Hell's Kitchen building??!! And, though the forum often doubts the validity of providers who get upset at picture requests, this guy may simply be busy and be suspicious of picture collectors. I'm basing all the above on the others here who think he is the real deal.
