For those under 62, the $80 annual federal lands pass is a good deal if you (and everyone in your car) plan to visit several federal fee areas in a year. Not good at state or local operations. For seniors, the free lifetime pass is gone, but a $10 annual pass exists now, I think. Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and all the biggies now charge $30-35/car, so a pass is a deal if you have several destinations planned.

If you really want to meet this guy and he wants a "change of scenery", book the room yourself (he only stays as long as the meeting plan), pay his metro or gas and parking, and go for a walk with him after the meeting on the hotel's scenery-laden grounds

I now wonder if a real person even vets these new profiles that get submitted to RM......there may a computer set up at RM HQ that, as long as key danger words aren't suspected, just auto-approves the new profile (and as long as the payment goes thru!!).......or a person just pushes a button as long as it all sorta looks ok (and the payment goes thru!)
