I too get many last minute requests. If I am available I will take them if I am not I will suggest an alternative time or date Lately though I seem to get a lot of late night after midnight requests on Friday and Saturday evenings so I will try to keep myself available for an appointment then but in general I too prefer advanced notice so I can properly plan and be ready for the appointment.
