Jael was a sweet guy when he arrived....i bet he is a sweet guy all the time. but he over indulged after arriving. My heart goes out to these guys. Fortunately the other top and I were there for him and made sure he was not dehydrated. a big problem. might hire him again and ask that he doesn't indulge. and see what happens. as an older client I often feel a bit paternal to the young guys i hire.

my massage therapist doesn't work for a spa. but he his in his 60s. and have had two guys in the past 10 years at spas. not in the U.S. also in their 60s. last time was a duo in Italy. all great massage therapists. great mature guys. and always more than a tug for an end to the massage. not sure why there apparently aren't more older men at spas in nyc. its a shame. and a shame the above discussion above isn't about how to remedy the situation. why not ask the spas?

asking that people show respect for providers is not disrespectful...and expecting do due diligence and clarity is also not disrespectful...especially if there is speculation or innuendo involved...

although i have to say an hour and half late once some guy showed up. lucky for him a regular was able to occupy my time. but hen two assignations later with the same late guy he went off on me for being a half hour late. can't win. he accused me of being a privileged white guy! what? lol.

dear lord. as a new yorker a little wiggle room please. as a consumer have more than a few times found myself waiting 20/30 minutes because transport to a provider was quicker than expected. and i always assume my providers have the same issues. subway, taxi, uber, no matter...ultimately up to the two parties to set time frame expectations....and promptness expectations.

Just want to say everyone should respect respect and privacy. As a consumer I respect providers. I couldn't do their job. There are a few who are exemplary in their service to us consumers. And a lot who do a really great job providing physical, intellectual.,social, emotional, etc satisfaction with ease and a smile and hug. Feeling Thankful!!!
