I would like to see the airlines be found civilly liable and in violation of FAA regulations for exposing the passenger to unreasonable risk of harm and the owner found civilly liable and guilty of criminal battery and bringing a dangerous instrumentality onto a civil aircraft.

in answer to the question instigating this post...... NEVER. I also refuse to observe a holiday on the date my employer has adjusted it so that it falls on a Monday or a Friday..... Veterans/Armistice Day on other than Nov 11.... Blasphemy !!!
