    Yes, I have been blessed. I did get sucked into thinking I was in a "relationship" once or twice, ouch. I've learned to accept it for what it is now, it's been nice.

    I have recently tried a few older providers, so like 10 years younger then myself. I'll just be blunt. I enjoyed bottoming as they were very experienced tops. But I couldn't finish, as I wasn't attracted in the same way as I am to younger very in shape providers.

    Not really - but it’s just a discussion. Just bang your husband. You can always hook up elsewhere. Why so desperate on this trip? It’s actually a sickness. Unless I have sex with a hot stranger on my vacation, everything is ruined. Is it? Really?

    I tend to get in trouble for this. However, it's no secret that gay guys love to vacation in Palm Springs. If you have a masseur that you have used somewhere else, and you are open to the idea, perhaps invite them to come on your trip? I just booked a home with pool/spa etc. for 7 nights and will be traveling with a masseur. We did this together last year and had a blast.

    I have some family members that are red necks (anything fancy is stupid), and some that enjoy the finer things. They have simply decided not to travel together.

    I routinely have conversations with providers. Twice it's gone too far. The first one now has a serious drug problem and I attempted to help, not a good idea. The second one I saw for several years. I went from a client, to a "boyfriend", to being "like family" - arg. Now feelings are being hurt, as I really don't want to go on vacation with "family". So yeah, I'm friendly, but not friends.

    Huh? I saw him recently and he is nothing like his photos. I'm close to being in better shape. He also has that funky smell. I had a decent time, but wouldn't repeat for the price.

    One of my massage therapists loves to shower at length with me. I also love getting boinked in the shower.

    I look at it as a downgrade anymore. Apparently boyfriends spend more time watching Netflix and ordering DoorDash. No thanks.

    Thanks for the advice guys. FYI - the reason it's been on my mind is over the last year I've been working very hard on self improvement. I've also had some long time friends having serious medical issues. It's my middle aged self going, let's do everything possible to stay healthy and enjoy the next 30 years.

    That’s where I’m at. I feel good, I look good, life is great. I go on vacation and see guys a bit older than me…they look sad and worn out.

    How do I avoid looking like a sad old queer as I age? I see these sad old gay men with sunken eyes at bars, pretending to have fun. I think I’m about done.

    I’m waiting for the Hollywood movie about a 250 lb acne riddled boy having drug and family issues lol. Perks of being a slob? Fat spotting? Diaries of Dorrito? 18 weeks of ugly?

    I’ve had younger renters come to my office with a check book and their mother more than once. I’ve had to explain how to write a check while their embarrassed mother looked on.

    Over the past 2 years the average cost of groceries is up 20%, gas 22%, new cars 19%, utilities 20%, rent 20%. I've never really paid that much attention to prices, just swipe the debt card and go. But I find myself pausing...going, huh?
