I've noticed this too and I think it is new. I've also seen rate information on a couple of profiles using the app.
I checked this provider's profile using a VPN and saw additional reviews that were not visible without the VPN. Either a bug has been introduced to production or they are filtering reviews based on keywords. My guess is a software bug is at work here. 

I can see some narrated reviews without a VPN and with a free account. Is this new, or was it already going on?
