I've had guys keep giving me the original rate from when I first met them but thats the only difference in pricing I've seen. I'm also not seeing a break on hourly rates for multiple hours.

I haven't done one but looked into one for my sister. I think that like many products offered by financial institutions, that its designed to make them a lot of money. Its best to sell and downsize.

I certainly would not have made the cut if it was hot guys only. I am in decent shape for 60 but not what this young man would consider hot.
